Oops - forgot to update last week.  205 204 223 - 632.  Didn't carry well, thought I bowled better than that.

This week.  222 225 203 - 650.  Missed 4 spares and had one pocket split (7-10).  A timely hit here or there and I shoot average.  I make my spares and I shoot 700 or close to it.

Still at 222 for the year, one week left

Quick update, almost forgot to do it this week.

Didn't bowl well, may be my lowest series this league all year.  I did have a tooth pulled and was on some strong pain meds, so maybe I'll use that as an excuse :P

First game just wasnt reading lanes right, one open, one split. 184

2nd game was gonig great till got fast with my feet in 10th frame and FOULING after being on a 280 pace. GRR!!  killed that game compeltely.  238

3rd game I think the footwork problems were the major issue here.  was all over the place 160

Quick update, little busy this week.

Steak of 700s is over.  Oh well.  Didn't feel like I bowled all that well, but had 3 clean games, which is always a good thing.  Consistent night, but couldn't string anything together.

Exactly my average, so that won't change.  Team lost 3 again too .

Started out a little slow, mainly carry issues. But finished strong for another good set.

1st game - Thought it was going to be one of those nights. Wanted to be playing 9-pin no-tap.  Left single pins each of the first 4 frames, and missed a 10 pin.  Got a couple breaks and strung 3 in a row after that, then threw a bad shot and left a 2-10 split. Finally realized that the one lane was a tiny bit tighter and made an adjustment to get me in the pocket on both lanes. Threw the last 4 to salvage a 213.

2nd game - Missed another 10 pin in the first frame.  Still not great carry, but managed enough strikes to pull out a 225.  Think I missed the pocket once this game.

3rd game  - Figured I'd move a little and hope to carry better.  Knew I needed a 260+ game to keep my mini-700 streak alive (3 in a row in this league).  Didn't miss the pocket all game, got tapped twice, 3rd frame 10 pin (converted, yay!) then strung into the 10th.  Left another 10 pin on 12th ball, but had locked up the 700 by then so wasn't too worried about it. That is until later when I found out that the 10 cost me $25 from our card game. Dangit!!

We won 3, first time in what seems like 2 months.  I'll remain at 223, but with another good week could sniff 224, crazy.

Another good night.  A couple shots I wish I could have back, but I really can't complain.

1st game - started out a little shakey...just wasnt comfortable with the way ball was releasing.  But managed to throw a couple doubles, stay clean and then stike out in the 10th.  228

2nd game - was locked in, didn't miss the pocket at all, 12 balls flush.  Left 3 10 pins (1st, 6th, 7th)  Did miss the 7th frame shot.  Threw the last 5 to redeem myself.  247

3rd game - started out great here too.  First 7, all good, solid shots (12 in a row, another Verapappa, heh) 8th frame wasn't a good shot, just turned early causing a tug, left a 6 pin and converted.  Really wanted that one back, oh well.  Struck in 9th.  Was a little light on the 10th shot, leaving 2-4-5, only some how the 2 pin fell forward, leaving me with a 4-5 split.  GRRR.  Got a little slow on the spare shot and did not convert.  247
